Gabriel Cusato, a representative of the Foundation, recently met with Christine O'Hare, Chief Executive Officer of Citizens Advice Oxford, one of the beneficiaries of our Winter 2024 funding round.

Citizens Advice Oxford has been a trusted source of free, confidential, and independent advice for local residents since 1939. In addition to providing vital support on a wide range of issues, the organisation actively campaigns to improve the policies and practices that shape people’s lives. Widely recognised by local partners and funders, Citizens Advice Oxford is Oxford’s leading provider of advice services.

Our recent grant helped fund the purchase of eight acoustic booth desks for their compact office hub. This upgrade has significantly enhanced the workspace, creating a more focused, professional environment for both volunteers and staff. The improved setup allows for confidential client calls to be made without distractions, improving both working conditions and the quality of service delivery. As a result, more clients are receiving timely support and are able to assist those in crisis, strengthening the impact of their work.
